today I wanted to cook too, I was a little more disastrous than usual but in the end something good came out :)) and edible I think :))) .... I saw this recipe somewhere on the net but I I made some changes to it: Yes, usually I made my mark, as miha says :)) PS as usual for me the picture leaves much to be desired: D

  • 500 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g butter at room temperature
  • 4 bananas
  • 100 g ground hazelnuts
  • a sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 300 g sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • a sachet of baking powder
  • esenta de rom

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Cake with cocoa, hazelnuts and bananas:

We mix the flour with the baking powder, cocoa, ground hazelnuts, eggs, sugar and butter at room temperature. We crush the bananas with a fork and add over the composition together with the rum essence, we mix very well with a spoon (I did the stupid thing and I mixed and I made walls and on the floor only .... imagine what :)), so to don't do like me :))) You will come out with a not too soft dough that we pour into a 25/35 tray lined with baking paper and put in the oven over medium heat until it passes the toothpick test, about 30-40 minutes (but I say it depends on everyone's oven: D)

When it's ready, take it out of the oven, let it cool and powder it with powdered sugar or whatever everyone wants! Good appetite!!!

  • 200 ml milk (I used soy, unsweetened)
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Peel a banana, grate it and put it in a blender. Add milk, cocoa and cinnamon.

Mix until you get a fine and homogeneous composition. Put in two glasses and serve the drink immediately. Enjoy!

In a bowl, add eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt and mix well until it doubles in volume. Add cocoa and mix until incorporated. Then add the oil and mix again. After incorporating the oil, add the flour, little by little, mixing with a spatula. Pour the composition into a 26 cm tray, greased with butter and put in the oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.

After removing the countertop from the oven and it has cooled, place a plate smaller than the shape of the countertop and with a knife, cut around the plate, but without reaching the base of the countertop. Remove the plate and, with the help of a teaspoon, remove the core of the worktop and place it in a bowl. Crush it and set it aside.

For the cream, you have to make sure that the liquid cream and mascarpone are very cold. Beat the liquid cream until it hardens and then put it in the fridge.

Mix the mascarpone (and it must be very cold) with the sugar and vanilla essence. Add the whipped cream, mix and then add the sliced ​​chocolate. Mix everything well and refrigerate.

Peel and cut the bananas in half, which you put on the entire surface of the worktop. Over the bananas, add the cream prepared earlier, which you level in the form of a muslin. Put the cream to the edge of the countertop. Sprinkle the crumbs on the counter over the cream.

Boil the milk in which the flour was mixed, until it thickens, add the margarine after cooling the cream, sugar and grated chocolate. In this composition, grate 3 peeled bananas.

How I made the cream:
I crushed the bananas, added butter and cocoa
. then nuts (broken into small pieces) and pieces of biscuits (until the cream hardens enough), and rum essence (to taste).

How I proceeded:
I syruped the biscuits with apricot nectar, I put the first layer on the plate, then I greased it with apricot jam (very little). I then added cream, biscuits on top, and cream, etc.

It was so well syruped that the biscuits are no longer hard, the cake can be easily cut, but it is strong enough to be eaten with my hand (not with a teaspoon!).
And it is creamy-creamy, it melts in your mouth. In a word, delicious!

The quick cake with biscuits and banana cream is left to cool for a few hours after which it can be served.

Regarding the name chosen for this cake: I have often thought about how to honor the memory of my Grandmother, the one I told about not once in my blog articles. I thought that the best tribute would be to create a cake that would bear his name, because she really liked fine cakes.
