RECIPE PREPARATION Rice with vegetables:

Peel a squash, grate it and chop it finely. In a saucepan put the oil with a cube of butter and when it starts to sizzle add the vegetables, rice, salt, tomato paste and water. Leave it on the fire until it decreases, add the greens and leave it on the fire for another 2 minutes. Extinguish the fire and put the remaining cube of butter on top and cover.
