And because fish is being eaten tomorrow, I bought 2 trout and got to work.

  • 2 trout
  • salt pepper

RECIPE PREPARATION Trout with baked vegetables:

I cleaned the fish of scales. I cut the onion and carrot into rounds, peeled the mushrooms, cut the tomatoes into 4. I put a little olive oil in the pan, I put the salted and peppered fish to taste, which I filled with mushrooms, tomatoes and slices of Lemon. I put the rest of the vegetables in the pan. I baked for 30-40 minutes. Towards the end I added a handful of black olives.


Vegetable trout in the oven

Cut 1/2 lemon into thin slices and squeeze the other half of the juice.

Season the cleaned fish and wash with salt and pepper to taste.

Insert 1 slice of lemon together with 1 sprig of thyme.

Peel the vegetables, then slice the dried onion halves, bell peppers and slice the carrots and green onions. Put them together with the peas in a large bowl, sprinkle with a few tablespoons of oil, season with salt, pepper and mix well.

Pour into a pan greased with a little oil, add water and bake in the hot oven for about 20 minutes, at 180 degrees or until the vegetables begin to soften.

Remove the tray, place the remaining lemon slices on top of the fish and stop with the lemon juice. Put back in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the fish is done.

Serve hot, serving a fish on a plate on a bed of vegetables and lemon slices.

Baked with cheese

  1. Refresh the seams.
  2. Mix in a large bowl oil, pepper, salt, thyme, grated juice, chopped garlic.
  3. Pour the cabbage into the sauce and mix. The cabbage should be covered with a mixture on all sides.
  4. Put a cabbage on a slice of bacon. Wrap yourself up. Secure with a toothpick, piercing everything through.
  5. Put in the form and cook for 30 minutes. If you need crispier bacon, then the cooking time can increase slightly.

On foil

  1. Dry the cabbage.
  2. Align the baking sheet with two baking sheets. Put bacon on one. Cover the second one with oil and put the cabbage heads.
  3. Send both baking sheets to the oven, in which 200 degrees. Keep the bacon for 10 minutes, cabbage - 20.
  4. Spread the cabbage on plates, put the bacon on top, pour all the available juice on top.

With carrots

  1. Wash the carrots, peel and cut into several parts. Cabbage and onion - in two. Chop the garlic. All mix.
  2. Put a mixture of vegetables on a baking sheet in a single layer. Add the rosemary and oil.
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, 40 to 200 minutes. Remove when vegetables are golden.
  4. Add spices, mix. If the pot is dry, then pour more oil.

With pumpkin

  1. Cut the cabbage into 2 - 4 parts, the main condition is that the leaves do not fall off the hat.
  2. For the dressing, mix the oil, sauce and herbs together.
  3. Cut the peeled onion into halves of the rings.
  4. Pour into a bowl and mix the cabbage, nuts and onions. Then pour into the dressing and mix again.
  5. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees, stirring occasionally.

Cream casserole

  1. 5 minutes cook the cabbage in boiling salted water.
  2. Cut the cabbage in half.

Baked trout with butter and vegetables

Trout is a healthy fish that can be cooked in many ways. Along with vegetables, it is not only delicious, but also nutritious.

To prepare this recipe, you need the following ingredients:

  • 2 whole trout of about 500-600 g each, gutted
  • 100 ml of semi-sweet white wine
  • 2 young carrots cut into thin slices
  • 500 g diced potatoes
  • a large kapia pepper or a striped red bell pepper
  • a lemon cut into thin slices
  • a red onion cut into scales
  • 100 g butter (on fasting days, 100 ml oil)
  • salt and pepper
  • an apple cut into thin slices
  • a spoonful of thyme
  • a hand with leek cut into rounds
  • 2 hands with diced pumpkin (optional)
  • a bunch of finely chopped green parsley.

The cleaned fish is salted on all sides and left to cool for 3 hours.

Put baking paper in a tray, sprinkle with thyme, salt and a few slices of lemon.

Pepper the trout, and put 2-3 slices of lemon and a cube of butter (or a little oil) inside it. Put the fish in the pan, add the vegetables and apple slices.

Season with salt, pepper and thyme. Pour the wine and put the diced butter from place to place (for fasting days, sprinkle with oil).

Place the tray in the preheated oven at 180ºC for about 50 minutes.


Ingredients

Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices, then season with salt, pepper and rosemary (to taste) and sprinkle with a little oil. We leave them in a bowl (until we prepare the rest of the dishes).

Peel the carrots, celery, onion, after cutting into thin slices and place in the pan, along with the potatoes forming a bed of vegetables. The garlic, after being cleaned, is crushed in a mortar and ground until it becomes small. Once the vegetables are ready, we take care of the fish.

Clean the fish and wash it well, then dry it with paper towels. Lemon juice is mixed with garlic (crushed) and applied both inside and on the trout, then seasoned with salt and pepper.

Place the fish on the vegetable bed, then cover with aluminum foil.

Leave it in the oven (preheated) for 10 minutes at 180 degrees, then remove the foil and leave it for another 10 minutes at 200 degrees, until it becomes a little crispy.


Baked trout with vegetables - Recipes

In French, the salmon from the valley is called "Salmon in roll", but with us "Papiota" it is tight and inextricably linked to the sewing thread, I preferred this title because it seemed more explicit to me. Otherwise from, and a baked salmon, but in foil (aluminum, this time), in the kind of preparations recommended and by Jamie Oliver through its broadcasts. But the most important thing in the story is that we will talk about an absolutely great recipe, which is very simple and will delight even those who are not big fish lovers at all (I have a very close case!).

For 2 persons you will need

500 g slices of salmon,
1 carrot, not too big,
1 small onion,
1 red,
garlic to taste (but from 2 puppies up!),
lemon juice,
greenery (dill & parsley),
oil (preferably extra virgin olive),
salt and pepper.

And, of course, you need to have a roll of aluminum foil.

Start by preparing the goods: thaw the salmon (if necessary), sprinkle with salt and leave to sweeten for about an hour.

Peel all the vegetables and greens, cut the carrot julienne, scald for 2 minutes in boiling salted water, drain. Finely chop the onion, cut the tomatoes into thin slices, and make what is called parsley and garlic. parsley (ie chop them together very finely).

Break as many rectangles as there are pieces of salmon out of foil. Grease them well with oil, grease the pieces of fish, put them one in the middle of the foil for each, place on top of the carrot strip and chopped onion, a sprig of dill, a slice of tomato, garnished with parsley, add a little more oil and a few drops of lemon juice, salt, pepper and carefully close the packages (not too tight, let the steam take place where to form, and the edges must be carefully sealed).

Once here, first note that you can leave them, even overnight, in the refrigerator (I really like this option!) Or you can put them directly in the preheated oven at 200ºC (medium fire, ie). The exact cooking time depends on the size of the salmon slices, but as an idea, the pieces in the picture, about 2 cm thick, were ready in 20 minutes.

Variant? Well, first of all, you could remove the onion and use it leek in its place (cut thin strips of the same size as juliennecarrots and scalded separately). Or you could try other vegetables as well bell pepper, fennel or whatever else you like and think fits. Salmon can, of course, be replaced with other fish, as next time I will replace the aluminum foil with parchment (or baking, as supermarkets show), which will move our recipe from boiling to baking. How I do it, how I let you know.

Gasket? I put together some natural potatoes, sprinkled with sos maitre d & # 8217hotel (melted butter beaten with lemon juice, salt, pepper and chopped parsley), but of course you could opt for rice, say.

cornelia, make sure that not only the fish is fresh and the tomatoes are sweet and ripe. it is important for the final flavor. if you can't find it, you can use canned tomatoes.
