We put the smoked bone to boil, when it boils we throw the water and we put another clean one letting it boil slowly. Meanwhile, clean the potatoes, onions, carrots and celery, wash them and cut them into cubes and put them in the pot.
Cut the pepper into cubes and bring to a boil.
Add the sheep's whey, stirring constantly.
Cut the parsley and larch, the tarragon [I preserved it in vinegar in a jar] and add them to the pot, salt and pepper to taste, let it boil for a few more minutes and the soup is ready.
Serve with sour cream and hot peppers.
