Smaller peeled potatoes will be left whole, if they are large, they will be cut in half or quarters.
I hardened the finely chopped onion in the hot oil. When it became soft, I added the spices.
I mixed until I obtained a homogeneous composition, then I added the crushed garlic by pressing / grinding.
