RECIPE PREPARATION Check in 2 colors:

  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar

Because the preparation takes very little time, the oven is lit from the beginning and set at 180 degrees Celsius. Mix the soft butter (at room temperature) with 200 grams of sugar and the 2 sachets of vanilla sugar:

It is not necessary for the sugar to dissolve in the mass of butter, only to obtain a creamy composition. Add 1 whole egg:

Mix quickly until the egg is incorporated into the butter and add the following eggs, one at a time, mixing after each one. (If the mixture in the bowl has the appearance of a cut cream, don't worry: the cake will be just as successful, I've done it hundreds of times and I've had all kinds of experiences.) You get a rich cream:

The flour is mixed with the baking powder and a spoon is added to the composition, alternating with 250 ml. of milk poured a little and mixing carefully (so as not to spread flour everywhere: P). You get a fluid dough, but quite dense, if you find it too hard you can add 3-4 tablespoons of milk (as needed) until you get a viscous composition:

Pour 2/3 of the composition into a big cake shape, mine is 36/12 cm (if you have smaller shapes make two cakes, otherwise you risk spilling in the oven), lined with baking paper or greased with butter and lined with flour:

The remaining third of the dough is homogenized with the cocoa mixed beforehand with the remaining 50 grams of sugar and the 50 ml. of preserved milk, then pour into the mold, over the vanilla dough:

With the help of a fork, deepen the cocoa dough into the vanilla one and rotate inside the shape, to obtain the marbled effect:

Place the form in the oven and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 50-60 minutes, relevant being the classic toothpick test which, inserted in the cake, must come out clean when the cake is baked. Under no circumstances should you open the oven door for the first 30-35 minutes. If you feel that the cake is browning too much without being baked inside (which will let the toothpick let you know) reduce the heat to 165 degrees, cover the cake with a damp sheet of baking paper and continue baking until it is ready.

The baked cake is carefully removed from the form, overturned on a grill on one side (on the longest side, of course: P). and leave in this position until it cools, to avoid leaving the dough. After it has cooled, powder it with powdered sugar or cover it with a icing:

Cake recipe in three colors & # 8211 Ingredient

I made it now and it's already in the oven. But the brown part of the dough comes out thicker. At least that's how it was for me. Which is why, having different densities, the circles did not turn out very well. So I advise those who want to make this cake, to take care of this aspect. How did Ioana come out to you, as consistent? If so, how did you do that? I tried to put a little more milk in the brown one, because I realized it would be a problem, but I was afraid to put too much milk and they still came out different.

the brown dough is a little thicker, cocoa and chocolate lead to this result (look at picture 2 how the edges of the bowl can be seen, clean where I passed with a spoon, a sign that it is more consistent). but both flow quite easily from the spoon.
the circles in the tray can be seen not to be equal (see picture 4), the brown ones are thinner.
I'm waiting for you to cut it and tell me how it is in the section!

Dear Ioana, the result is spectacular! It turned out very good and to taste. My round tray doesn't seal so well anymore and I was afraid the dough would run out so I put baking paper in it but forgot to grease it with butter so the edge stuck a little. Ingredient:
225 g butter,

Preparation:

I do not use ammonia at all and if in my mother's old recipes ammonia is required I always put baking powder. so the answer is yes

I definitely try that one too because it caught my eye a long time ago. The cake is, I think, the most versatile dessert because it goes for breakfast, and as a package for work, and next to a cup of tea.
Anyway, whatever recipe I try from you, I have no emotion because I know for sure that something at least very good will come out, if not extraordinary.

Check in three colors: an easy dessert to make with ingredients at anyone's fingertips, which can beautify holiday tables and more.

Check in two colors

Sweet, salty, prepared with various additives, from fruit, cocoa, chocolate, to cheese, spinach or mushrooms, wet or dried, check is an excellent snack at home, at work or at school.

At home, they eat extremely well no matter how I choose to prepare them.

The recipe for this cake is great! Easy to make, fluffy and fragrant, it goes great with coffee or milk.

  • 7 eggs husband
  • 350 g white flour
  • a sachet of baking powder extinguished with 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 300 g sugar
  • 12 tablespoons water
  • 10 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa + 3 tablespoons water

  • a knife tip salt
  • vanilla sugar

Method of preparation Cake in two colors
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Mix the egg whites with a little salt.

Put the 300 g of sugar together with the boiling water in a kettle. Allow the sugar to completely dilute, then let it boil for another minute.

Wait two minutes for the syrup to cool slightly, then gently incorporate it, in a thin thread, into the beaten egg whites.

Mix the yolks with the oil, vanilla sugar and baking powder quenched with vinegar for a few seconds.

Add them over the egg whites, chicken and flour and incorporate everything, stirring gently from the bottom up.

Put 1/3 of the mixture separately and add the cocoa and the 3 tablespoons of water. Homogenize.

Grease two cake trays with oil, sprinkle with flour and divide the yellow composition evenly.

Put the composition with cocoa on top, and with the tail of a teaspoon, mix the two compositions lightly, circularly, giving a marbled look to the cakes.

Optionally you can sprinkle a little chopped walnuts.

Put the trays in the preheated oven and bake cakes, on low heat, for 35-40 minutes & # 8211 until lightly browned and pass the toothpick test.


Syrupy, fluffy two-tone croissants, recipe for croissants in 2 colors

After we have finished shaping the croissants, we put them in the tray lined with baking paper and we will put them in the preheated oven at 160 & degC for about 20 minutes.

Baking time differs depending on the type of oven!

So we watch the croissants, when they start to brown they are ready and it's time to take them out of the oven! We pass them through the burnt sugar syrup and powder them with coconut.

It is a recipe worth trying, it is spicy and brings home the smell and taste of childhood.

For the yellow part of the cake we need:


- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder


- orange peel or lemon


Mix the 5 yolks with the sugar. Add the vanilla essence and lemon or orange peel (I used orange peel) and mix well.


Finally, add the oil and then the flour with the pre-sifted baking powder. Mix lightly, thus avoiding the formation of lumps.


For the white part we need:

Pour the second part of the cake into the tray, the white part and level it with a knife with a wide blade!


Place in the preheated oven at 180 * C for about half an hour, or until the cake turns golden!
