- 25 g fresh yeast
- 500 g flour

- 250 ml warm water (better with milk)
- 1 teaspoon sugar

RECIPE PREPARATION Mini pizza:
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water / milk, then mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Everything is kneaded well and can be stretched, rolled, filled .... immediately, then put in the oven heated to 220 ° C for about 15-20 minutes.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 1/2 cm, put the tomato sauce and / or whatever you want on top (mushrooms, cheese, ham), roll like a roll, then cut the slices of approx. 2-3 cm thick.
Place the pizza slices on the tray, and press each slice lightly with your hand. Grease with milk, beaten egg and bake. When they are golden on top, they are removed and whoever wants can grease each pizza with oil mixed with crushed garlic.
If you have time and you want the pizzas to be even fluffier, after you put them in the tray, leave them to rise for another 20-30 minutes, then bake them.
