How I prepare Assorted pickles:
Wash the vegetables. The gogonels are left whole, the cauliflower is cut into bunches, the carrot is cut into rounds (we can also make the carrot popcorn), the hot pepper is either put whole if you put the pickles all together (in a larger can) or cut it into 2-3 pieces if we put the pickles in smaller glass jars. Celery and horseradish are cut into slices, red cabbage is cut into strips.
Arrange the vegetables in layers, distributing among assorted pickles mustard seeds, peppercorns, garlic. We put the celery leaves on top of the contents of the jars with assorted pickles.
Make a solution of salt water (50 g of salt to 1 liter of water). We put over the jars with assorted pickles salt water, put the lids on and in the pantry.
