- 4 eggs
- 6 tablespoons oil
- 5 tablespoons yogurt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 200 gr flour (a full cup)
- 3 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 1 sachet of baking powder with saffron Dr. Oetker
- a bowl of cherries
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Dessert cake with yogurt and cherries:
Put eggs with sugar and vanilla in the mixer for 5-6 minutes. Pour the oil lightly, then the yogurt, but only after I have incorporated the oil well. Add baking powder and flour.
Grease a tray of Jena with oil and put the composition. Then the pitted cherries.
Put in the oven until browned and of course we do the toothpick test. It's simple! I put the cake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
