Dessert molded cake with cheese and cherries

In a saucepan put the sugar, milk and cocoa. Place the pan on the fire and stir until the sugar melts. Put the pan down, put the diced butter and mix until it melts. Let the mixture cool.

Separate eggs. Put the yolks in the cooled mixture, then sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt and mix them with the rest of the composition with a spatula.

In a tray lined with baking paper pour 3/4 of the composition. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and flour. Place the cheese filling over the dough with a spoon, in an uneven layer. Sprinkle the cherries on top, then pour the rest of the composition.

Put the tray in the preheated oven until it passes the toothpick test (approximately 45-50 minutes).

Remove the cake and let it cool. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and portion.

- then add the vanilla sugar, powdered sugar, essence, and continue mixing.
- Put the chocolate on a large grater
- Put it over the dough and easily incorporate it into the dough with a spoon
- the dough is turned into a round shape (not very large), lined with butter (or oil) and flour
- cherries (about 2 hands), drain the juice
- Cut them into smaller pieces, sprinkle flour on them and mix them
- Spread on the dough and with a fork easily hide under a layer of dough
- put the form in the oven at 175 degrees, for 30-35 min

FILLING-mix the eggs with the sugar until it melts, add the cheese and continue mixing until it becomes a cream (we can also use a hand blender) add the flour and lemon peel and mix.

We take the shell out of the fridge and spread it in a sheet on the floured table. Roll on a rolling pin and put in a greased and lined tray with baking paper only at the base, level the edges, prick with a fork from place to place and put in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.

Remove the tray, pour 1/2 of the cream, add the cherries and the rest of the cream, cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes on medium to low heat, then remove the foil and leave until browned on top and on the edges.

The cake with cheese and cherries is left to cool, then powdered with powdered sugar.

The recipe for the pie with cow's cheese and biscuit top & # 8211 an easy-to-prepare dessert that you can use when you feel like something sweet. I can strongly say that it is the best cottage cheese cake that I have prepared lately.

  • 1 kg of sweet cottage cheese
  • 400 ml liquid cream for whipped cream with a minimum of 30% fat
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 sachet of whipping cream
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar

  • * I measured the ingredients with a 230 ml cup

The cheese you use must be as creamy as possible. I used the cottage cheese on the bucket.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

In a bowl, mix the yolks with 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

Separately, whisk the egg whites, adding a cup of powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, until you get a strong meringue.

Incorporate the egg white meringue into the cheese yolk composition.

Separately, mix the liquid cream foam together with the whipping cream and incorporate the cream obtained into the rest of the composition.

Wallpaper a baking tray measuring approximately 26 x 40 cm.

Place a layer of popular cookies.

Pour the obtained composition and level it on top.

Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 ° C and bake for 40 minutes. After this time, reduce the temperature to 160 ° C and bake for another 20 minutes.

How to prepare the cake with cheese and berries:

In a bowl, mix the eggs with a pinch of salt until they turn white and double in volume.

Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla essence, oil and milk.

Incorporate flour previously mixed with baking powder.

You will get a composition like a thicker cream, similar to the one from the cake.

Pour half of the composition obtained in a tray measuring 20 x 30 cm lined with baking paper.

Place the tray in the preheated oven at 180 C for about 10-15 minutes, until the top is thick.

Meanwhile, prepare the cream cheese, mixing all the ingredients well.

To obtain a fine and delicious cream cheese you can use the vertical blender.

Depending on how dry the cottage cheese is, you can add another egg or a tablespoon of sour cream.

Cover the baking tray with cream cheese.

Optionally you can distribute berries of your choice.

Spread the remaining countertop composition on top.

Put the tray back in the preheated oven for approx. 30 minutes, until the cake is browned on top.
