Boil the meat and vegetables in the soup. Finely chop the boiled vegetables, remove the meat from the bones and finely chop. Chop the pickles. Mix everything, add salt and pepper to taste. Make mayonnaise from 1 boiled egg yolk and 2 raw yolks. Add mayonnaise over the chopped ingredients and mix. Garnish according to your preferences and leave to cool.
