We break the tails of the cherries, wash them well ... and now comes the most difficult thing, we take out the seeds.

When the cherries are pitted, we put all the sugar on them and put them in the fridge until the next day.

The next day you will notice that the cherries have left a syrup, with that syrup we will put them in a pot over low heat to boil.

Let's not forget to froth as many times as needed.

Meanwhile, wash the jars and leave them face down on a towel.

When the jam is ready, add the lemon juice and leave for another 3-4 minutes.

We take the jars and put them in them, so hot, be careful not to burn them, it is better to put the jar in a bowl.

After the jars have been filled, put the lid on and put them in the oven for another 20 minutes. Leave them in the oven until the next day.
