Oven smoked mackerel

Place the fish in a pan greased with a little oil, add in the middle of each a few slices of onion, garlic.

In a bowl, mix the tomato juice with the pepper jam, spices to taste.

Add fish, finely chopped peppers and olive oil.

Put the tray in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.

When they are ready, sprinkle them with lemon juice and sprinkle with finely chopped green parsley.
