You can use any type of flour (rye, oats, wholemeal, intermediate, bran, etc.). The combination we used is very suitable. Sales are very consistent and filling, dark in color.

Wheat ingredient

• 300 g of white flour
• 200 g of black flour
• 200 ml of lukewarm water
• fresh yeast, the size of a walnut
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 teaspoon of salt

Filling ingredients:

• 300 g of sauerkraut or sweetened, hardened with vegetables and spices

A bread-like dough is made from all the ingredients. Mix the two types of flour in a large bowl. Make a hole in the middle and pour half the amount of lukewarm (not hot) water. Add the crushed yeast between your fingers and the salt. Mix with a fork, incorporating a little flour around. Wait 10 minutes for this mixture to swell slightly.

Pour the rest of the water and start kneading until all the flour is incorporated from the bowl. If you need more water, add more. You need to get a suitable dough. You can add in it and sunflower core. Towards the end, add the oil and knead until the dough no longer sticks to your hands.

Cover the bowl with a thick towel and leave the dough to rise for at least an hour.

For the filling, you can use half a suitable cabbage. Cut it into small pieces and rub it with half a teaspoon of salt.
