We clean and grate the apples. Mix the grated apples with 120 g of sugar (it can be more or less, depending on how the apples are, sweet or sour). Before putting them on the counter, squeeze them well, add the vanilla sugar, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
In a larger bowl put flour mixed with baking powder, add lard, 130 g sugar, egg yolks, sour cream and start kneading. If a homogeneous dough is not formed, add a little warm milk. When it becomes an easy to shape dough, we divide it into two equal parts. Wallpaper a tray with baking paper, spread 1 part of the dough, place it in the tray, sprinkle breadcrumbs, spread the apples, sprinkle cinnamon and again a little breadcrumbs, and on top comes the other part of the dough. Lightly prick with a small fork, so that the air comes out and does not swell during baking. Put in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes. When it has cooled a little, powder it with powdered sugar.
