Dessert marbled cake with cheese and cherries

For the brown composition, I mixed eggs with sugar until they doubled in volume. I added a pinch of salt, oil and milk. I also added flour mixed with cocoa and three quarters of a sachet of baking powder.

For the cheese composition, I mixed the two eggs a little with the vanilla sugar and the powdered sugar, just enough to mix them. I then added the cheese (which was too little for the 2 eggs and luckily I had a box of cream cheese in the fridge), the starch and the rest of the sachet of baking powder.

In a tray in which I put baking paper I poured the brown composition, then the cheese composition and I mixed them lightly for the marble look.

I also distributed the pitted cherries and chocolate chips and put the tray in the hot oven until it browned slightly and the edges came off. I also did the toothpick test.

The chocolate-flavored brown composition blended perfectly with the cheese and sour cherry composition.
