- 170 gr butter
- 120 gr brown sugar
- 80 gr molasses
- 1 egg tied
- a pinch of salt
- cinnamon powder
- ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- flour (300-350 gr)

RECIPE PREPARATION Ginger and cinnamon cookies:
Mix the butter well with the sugar, salt, molasses and egg. Add the cinnamon, ginger and 100 gr of flour mixed with baking soda. Add a little flour until you get a dough that no longer sticks to your hands (about 350 grams of flour in total).
From the dough we make approximately equal balls, which we flatten easily and put them in the tray keeping the distance between them. Put the pan in the preheated oven over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
