Appetizer rolls with spinach and cheese

Exactly in the order in which I wrote the ingredients, they are put in the pan of the bread machine, the machine is set on the kneading and leavening program and ... that's about it. We let her do her job quietly. During kneading, lift the lid and see if the dough is too soft and sticky. Then add a tablespoon or two of flour. We will have to get a ball of dough that does not stick to the pan of the bread machine.

Wash 500 g of spinach well, so that there is no sand left between the leaves, you can boil it for 5 minutes, then drain it well (press well with a spatula, to drain all the water). Chop it with a knife, add a beaten egg, 150 g grated telemea, 3 cloves of finely chopped green garlic and a teaspoon of salt. Stir and wait for the bread machine to finish. Then roll out the dough into a rectangle. Put the spinach and cheese filling on top, roll and divide it into 12 equal pieces, which you put in the tray exactly as seen in the pictures. Grease with egg yolk and cover the pan for 10-15 minutes with a towel. Then bake for about 45-50 minutes. They are so good that I made these rolls two days in a row and I think I repeat them on the weekend. Enjoy!
