Cherry jam

Cherry jam

The cherries are washed, the seeds are removed. We mixed the sugar with the fruit, put in layers, one of cherries, one of sugar. We leave the fruit with sugar overnight. The next day, boil over low heat, taking care to collect the foam.

Boil the jam until the sauce starts to set. We put the jam in sterilized jars and store it in a cool place.
