ingredients: (10-12 pcs)
400 ml condensed milk (we used Delatte)
500 gr chocolate (bitter or milk)
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup chopped and browned walnut kernels
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1. Mix the grated chocolate (preferably bitter because the condensed milk is very sweet) with the condensed milk and salt powder and melt over low heat, stirring constantly.

2. When the composition has been homogenized, remove the vessel from the heat. Add the browned walnut kernel for 10 minutes in the oven and the vanilla extract. I took the vanilla extract from Sugar Spice, the magical place where you can buy more and more delicious products!

3. Pour the composition into a tray lined with butter or you can put plastic wrap. We used two trays that are already portioned and 11 pieces of delicious chocolate came out.

4. Leave to cool for at least two hours to harden, after which you know what to do :).

Coffee liqueur with condensed milk

  • water - 300 ml

Hello dear lusts. Today I prepared WALNUTS FILLED WITH BOILED CONDENSED MILK. This recipe is not so complicated, you just have to have a shape for nuts that you can find on the market, used or you can order it online. The dough is crumbly, flavored with butter and melts in your mouth. Inside there is a sweet and crunchy surprise due to the nuts. I hope you like this recipe and it reminds you of your childhood.   • 340 gr. - flour
  • 200 gr. - butter at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can - boiled condensed milk
  • 200 gr. - nuts
  • 1 teaspoon - vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon grated - baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon - vinegar

Method of preparation:

  1. Put the butter in a bowl, add the vanilla essence, sugar and mix until you get a creamy and fluffy texture. Then gradually add one egg at a time. Then quench the baking soda in the vinegar and add it to the egg and butter mixture. Mix a little more and put 1/3 of the flour, mix until it is incorporated, add the rest of the flour and knead until the dough binds and forms a ball.
  2. Take the small pieces of dough and weigh them to be 8-9 grams or depending on the size of the cookie holes. From each piece form balls until you finish all the dough.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the cookie form on either side. Grease both sides inside with butter. Put the dough balls in the holes and press well with the other side and bake the biscuits over medium heat on the small eye for 1 minute on one side and 1 minute on the other side, rotating periodically or until the biscuits brown nicely. Do the same with all the dough balls.
  4. After you have prepared all the shells, cut the excess dough from the edges.
