Strawberry cream cake

leaf is the one from the black cake. I like it very much so I didn't want to complicate myself with another one :)

I put in a bowl the milk, molasses, butter, essence, vanilla sugar and the 3 tablespoons of cocoa. I put it on the fire and stirred a few times until it started to boil. I left it for 5 minutes until it boiled.

Because it was in a hurry, I put the pot to cool in another larger pot with cold water :) Usually, it is left in a cooler place until the mixture reaches room temperature.

I separated the egg whites from the yolks. I whipped the egg whites with a pinch of salt.

I put the yolks over the cooled mixture, then gradually the flour and baking powder.

When they blended well, I added the egg whites and mixed a few times.

I put the dough in a tray lined with baking paper and put it in the preheated oven on low heat for 30 minutes.

I took out the countertop and set it aside to cool.

Cream:

I chose large, sweet strawberries that I cut in half and then blended a little with the blender. It doesn't even have to become puree, you can keep bigger pieces.

I mixed them with powdered sugar, essence and put on the fire to boil, 5-6 minutes. I set it aside and let it cool down a bit for 10 minutes.

In a small bowl I hydrated the gelatin for 2 minutes, then I put it over the strawberry sauce.

I put the sauce aside until it cooled completely then I mixed it with the whipped cream very well.

I put it in the fridge for 1 hour. It's not musa but I had the job and let the cream cool well and set.

Assembly:

I baked the top in the large tray on the stove and for the cake I cut it in 2 in the middle, thus obtaining 2 rectangles :) There was no need to cut it horizontally because it is not too high a top.

It is not necessary to syrup the countertop, but I prefer it that way. It goes syrupy with any kind of fruit juice, sugar syrup or compote juice.

I put the cream between the 2 slices of syrupy top, then I covered the cake in whipped cream, obtained from whipped cream very well.

I ground some peanuts and put them on the edges of the cake.

On top I decorated with a little whipped cream and jelly "citrus slices".

I haven't tasted it yet, but how good it looks I assure you it's delicious!
