They can be incorporated into a lot of recipes (salads, smoothies, biscuits or homemade bread, etc.), but my favorite is the pudding with chia seeds. It is very easy, you practically only need two ingredients: chia seeds and milk + topping of your choice.

Pomegranate chia pudding can be eaten for breakfast, as a snack between main meals or as a dessert. It can be made six hours in advance, and the next morning you have breakfast provided. Chia pudding can also be put in a small saucepan or jar with a lid and packed wherever you go. It is very versatile and you can choose any topping you want.

Here is my recipe for chia pudding with pomegranate!

5 tablespoons chia seeds (60-70 gr.)
250 ml. milk (I used almond milk)

Sweetener: I put half a crushed banana (if you want you can put 1 tablespoon of honey, agave syrup or maple syrup)

Topping to choose from: I chose pomegranate because now they are everywhere in stores, but you can use any fruit you have at hand, seeds or oilseeds (nuts, almonds, hazelnuts)

PREPARATION
Put the chia seeds in a bowl, then gradually add the milk over them.

Stir for 2-3 minutes until you see that the composition begins to swell. Set aside the bowl for 2-3 hours to swell the chia seeds (it is best to leave the composition overnight in the refrigerator).

After 2-3 hours (or the next day) grind half a banana (or use any other sweetener as mentioned in the list of ingredients), add the banana in the chia pudding and mix.

Pomegranate seed fish

Classically prepared fish, combined with some unusual ingredients, but spectacular in appearance and taste! Try pomegranate seed fish too!

ingredients

salt pepper

125 g yogurt

Take the fish, wash them, cut them in half, lengthwise, then half again.

Allow an absorbent towel to dry. Salt and pepper.

Make a composition of a well beaten egg, 2 teaspoons flour, 2 tablespoons mineral water, salt and pepper. The dough should be a little thicker.

Take each piece of fish, add more flour through the flour, shake very well, give through the egg composition, then again through the flour, shake very well and fry in very hot oil (if the oil is not very good, the fish will come out too fat).

Let it brown nicely on one side and on the other.

Remove on an absorbent towel.

Meanwhile, prepare the icing: mix the sugar with the cocoa, water and oil and boil the composition for a few minutes. At the end, grind spices for kamis cakes.

Remove the cake from the oven and leave it to cool a bit, portion it, then pour the hot icing over it and decorate with ground walnuts.
