Tagliatelle with mushrooms

The pasta is boiled in salted water according to the instructions on the package,

We clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices,

In a pan add a little oil and when heated add the mushrooms, let them fry, add salt and pepper to taste,

Leave it on the fire until the water left by the mushrooms decreases, add the cleaned and finely chopped garlic, finely chopped green onion and leave it on the fire for about 2 minutes, stirring continuously,

Add the sour cream and leave it on the fire for about 2 minutes,

Add tagliatelle to the plate and add the sauce on top,

I also added slices of tomatoes,
