Apple cake

The flour is mixed with eggs, warm milk, sugar, soft margarine, ammonia quenched in lemon juice, mix and knead. The resulting dough is divided into 2 parts.

The apples are washed, peeled and grated. We put them to harden together with the sugar and oil. Leave until the juice decreases a little, add cinnamon and leave to cool.

Meanwhile, spread the first sheet, put it in the tray lined with paper and put it in the oven until it browns a little for about 6-8 minutes, then take it out and put the apples on top. Cover with the second sheet and bake. Let it brown for about 20-25 minutes. Leave to cool a little and powder with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla sugar.
