Seafood with Tagliatelle

A few days ago I prepared an Italian seafood recipe with tagliatelle, a delicious recipe, easy and quick to prepare. Which today I thought I would share with my friends from Bucataras. It is consumed hot and I recommend serving it with a glass of dry white wine, cold mousse. The ingredients are calculated for 4 people.

  • For the preparation you need the following ingredients:
  • 500 seafood (I took a mix of frozen seafood, which contained: octopus, surimi, shellfish, shrimp, squid);
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil for frying;
  • 1 bunch of green parsley;
  • 200 ml dry white wine;
  • 200 ml sour cream for cooking;
  • 150 g of tagliatelle;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Seafood with Tagliatelle:

Preparation of seafood with tagliatelle: Boil tagliatelle water with a teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of oil.

Chop the parsley, then add the olive oil to a pan. When the oil has warmed up, add the seafood (as frozen as they are), season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper, and mix. Put a lid on top and simmer for 1 minute. After 1 minute, stir again and let it boil for another 1 minute, with a lid on top.
After 2 minutes, add the wine and let it boil for 3 minutes.

After boiling the seafood for 3 minutes in wine, pour the cream and add three quarters of the chopped parsley, season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper (to taste) and simmer for 3 minutes.

At the same time, boil the tagliatelle, because the water has already started to boil in them, and let them boil for 5 minutes.

Extinguish the fire on the seafood, after the last 3 minutes have passed, and put a lid on top.

After the pasta has cooked for 5 minutes, drain it and add it over the seafood in the pan. Stir, put a lid on top and leave them for another minute (so that the pasta absorbs the flavors of the dish). After 1 minute, place in plates, sprinkle chopped green parsley on top and can be served with a glass of white wine, dry and necessarily cold.
